Moments Frozen In Time

Are there certain times in your life where you know that you know……that this ‘happening’ is very significant and special…..where the moment becomes actually ‘frozen in time’?
We all can recall such moments….where you were when you heard the news of 9/11.….when your mate asked you to marry…the birth of your child….etc.
That’s the kind of event that Chuckie and Melissa Jo’s wedding produced….
Especially as the reception was such an extremely ’happy’ event….and the presence of LOVE was so evident that even the people who were once strangers to each other…..were hugging each other!
Everyone was…..HAPPY!
Which leads me to believe….and actually know…..that…
God showed up!
A bold statement supported by the fact of…..
……1 John 4:8b….which says…..”God IS Love”….
Love is not something that God does……IT IS WHO HE IS…..
He was there….in the hearts of everyone….even to the depth of our emotional ‘feeling’….
We all felt something staggering…..Love and Joy combined to such a degree that we were giddy in the moment….not alcohol high….but as if we were ‘drinking from the well’ of the Spirit of Love, Life and Happiness as God intended…
Remember that Jesus’ first Miracle was produced at a wedding by changing the water into wine….His first Miracle was one that ‘made people happy’!
Well I am here to tell you….Jesus still likes weddings to be a ‘happy’ event!
The Miracle Wedding of Melissa Jo and Chuckie/Pipo…..will be ‘frozen in time’ for all those who attended…
Yes, the Spirit of CHRISTmas was felt by all….for God IS Love. and that is the message……of Christmas….
