Inaugural Gala & Celebrity Golf Tournament Event....Success

What a wonderful event we attended last night at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino with our son, Chad!
Heartbeat International was well represented by Dr. Bennie Maniscalco who is at the helm of this wonderful global organization.
Today, Dr. Maniscalco also serves as Medical Director for two biotech companies involved with vascular biology research and he says he "counts his blessings far beyond the boundaries of his medical career. "
Dr. Maniscalco's devotion to family and friends, faith and trust in God, respect for elders, and the greatness of America and the American dream were first born in the words and deeds of his grandfather, Francisco P. Micelli, who would be proud of his grandson today...

The sight of his beloved Sicilian grandfather dying of a heart attack solidified his dream to become a doctor and provided the inspiration for his choice to become a heart specialist....
That dream.....encompasses and ignites globally....Heartbeat nternational...
Below you will find pictures of our joy in sharing in this
Wonderful Charity of the Heart!

Dr. Bennie Maniscalco and I....he certainly is a very gracious...and patient man....
I have a new 'hero'....in the person of Pam Murphy who owns several Outback Restaurants....I call her the 'Family Missionary....'
Pam's heart is huge, made of gold, and I instantly recognized that Pam is what I call an 'Electric' Woman of Excellance!'
This beautiful lady can really 'Get R Done'.
Pam is a native Floridian, Daytona Beach's best, a care taker for her Mom who is now ill. She is caring and loving to her two brothers, in addition to operating her businesses and Pam was determined to be involved in this charity event
'at all costs' !
As a beautiful Christian woman, helping others around her she is my definition of 'a success as a human being'....Our family salutes you, Pam!
Chad, Pam and I....sharing 'joy'!

Pam, Chad, Dr. Bennie and Charlie were patient with my 'picture taking phobia'...

Celebrity William Floyd and I....

Floyd helped the San Francisco 49ers win Super Bowl XXIX

Seminole Tribe Board Representative Richard Henry and daughters were there with their beautiful native attire...
This daughter was very sweet and pretty and not embarrassed at all about my camera phobia, in fact she was very gracious to me...
Chad, Charlie and versatile artist, T.W. Curtis.
His outstanding works have secured him a place in Who's Who in American art.
Along with his artistic accomplishments, T.W. is passionate about giving back to the community and supports many charities through his participation in fundraising events and celebrity tournaments.
Thanks for signing and laughing and having fun with us, T.W.!

Charlie finally found a Gator....he and Chad with...
Ricky Nattiel, a past wide receiver for the University of Florida, Charlie's alumni.
Ricky was selected by the Denver Broncos and played six seasons....also, theSuper Bowl XXII in 1988...he now resides in Gainesville....Go Gators!
Chad with raffle basket for Chris from Boca Bande to choose winners...
Pam, your ticket stubs that you left with me had ONE number away from the winning $5,000. diamond ring from the Gold & Diamond Source...
I held my breath for you through all the numbers....
Sorry....but you are still a...Winner in my book!

These two pass holders have key words on their entry tags...
HEAD HONCHO....
That means that they were responsible for all the hard work, planning and producing of everything that happened at this event...
This was 'Chad's baby' and we were very honored to be part of this very worthy event. Also, being treated like a VIP for the night at the Hard Rock Hotel was great! The foundation placed a 'Special Acknowledgements' page listing Chad & Jeff Miller from Pixel Pop and Heather Cooke, Golf Placement Services as those who behind the scenes 'made it happen'....
Saying this,
"Heartbeat International would like to take a moment to say a special thank you for all the dedication, hard work, time and creativity you put forth to make this event possible. It's amazing people like you that made this wonderful event come to life. Heartbeat International Staff recognize that it is you, the unsung heroes, that assist us in continuing our organization's mission and the growth of this positive impact on the world by improving the quality of life for those in need."
Chad & Heather beaming with pride....after months of 'hard labor'....
Thank you for a job well done....and making it FUN!
God Bless You.
