Don't Worry+Be Happy Valentine's Day Cruise

Yes, we did it again!

We had a wonderful cruise with Pat & WW on the Carnival Liberty.

We met some wonderful people, had delightful dining companions as you will see below,

and

visited some interesting ports.

We named him 'Bill Clinton'....at his wife's suggestion....

Our dining companions gave us some excitement!

Lucille & Cliff became engaged in Grand Cayman and we girls

suggested that she show us "the ring" for our pictures.

Cliff sure does love his girl....he went into a jeweler and gem store to

buy a Man's Eco Drive Blue Angels Skyhawk Watch and

came out with a Happy and Surprised Woman of his Dreams!

Good investment, Cliff!!!

Keep on Dancin'

All the discipline in the world cannot make the sun rise any earlier, or a flower more fragrant, or a smile more spontaneous. Running five miles a day will add as much as a hundred miles of capillaries to your system, make you feel more alive, but it won't necessarily teach you how to laugh.
You don't have to have a plan to clap your hands.
As someone once said, "If you have to move even ten inches from where you are now in order to be happy,
you will never be truly happy."
Can you imagine the sadness of seeing someone squinting at the horizon desperately, while what he is looking for is right at his feet???
You can travel the world over looking for happiness but unless you take it with you, you will never find it!

Everyone of us has experienced some pain in relationships.

Yet some people seem to overcome their pain sooner than others.

The wise know that we cannot receive the good that we desire while

our hearts are unforgiving.

...."a letting go of old thoughts in order that new thoughts may

find a place in our hearts, consciousness and lives."

When I renounce, or let go of, the thought that anyone has

lasting power over me, I am truly free.

The past cannot harm me unless I fix my attention on it.

I am always free to forgive others, and I know that my

transgressions are also forgiven.

By releasing the past, my hands are open

to receive my present good!

I forgive, I am forgiven, and I am free!
