As I breathe, I am ALIVE and refreshed with each breath I take.
Breathing out expels the old stale air....breathing in fresh pure air fuels my brain, refreshes my blood cells and supplies me with energy.
With my every breath, I am renewed and rejuvenated!
Exhaling stale air can also release the toxins of worry, fear, doubt and past mistakes.
Inhaling I can breathe in goodness of life and peace.

A special tribute to Firpo....my husbands brother who passed away yesterday.
Firpo's grandson, Juan Carlos, said it best in his tribute to his Grandfather on Face Book.
"Firpo Fernandez, a great man, a great father, a great grandfather, a great- great, and a great-great-great grandfather.... you left us with the greatest gift of all.... the example of what a human being should be, dedicated to your family...your dedication represented the highest quality for five generations.
