Bringing Hope To Our Commmunity...

Today was a special day at Lealman Community Park. The St. Pete Dream Center was the host for a fun filled day called, 'Bringing Hope To Our Community'...Lynn's and Chad's Eden Passion donated many cases of their 'spirit water' and we were on hand to help with the community event. Lynn had to be absent because of the sudden death of a friend so we all pulled together for Eden's Passion distribution...Sharon her friend and a caseworker in this area was on hand to help direct our efforts....Thanks, Sharon...

Charlie, Faith, Chad and Peggy from our community
prepare to meet the children and families as they arrive...

Our first 'little' water customer, Lavita, returned again
and again during the day...

Pastor Sam prays for the rain to be held off....
there was a 70% chance of rain in the forecast....but the
good Lord kept it all away until we were leaving
at the 3:00 p.m. closing of the event...

Pastor Sam of The Mission Dream Center...
He certainly could 'Get ur Done'!

Lynn's helpers....Charlie, Faith, Brian & Chad...
Before the crowds....

Precious children were the 'main guests'....

This dear lady had 7 adopted and foster children...
She said one was not with her today...
I was so impressed with her 'calmness' and
'sweetness'....there was a blessed 'presence' which
seemed to radiate from her...

Also, well represented was the Christian Motorcyclists Association...

Christian bikers....everywhere

Bikers parking....

Food, games, drinks, drama presentations, face painting and
music made it a action filled day...

Eden's Passion water was....everywhere.

"Mommy, this is what I want"....

Yep, he got what he was looking for....

A little boy/girl encounter....

She was 'insulted' by his interest.....

Cold water was refreshing for sure...

Chad helped load and unload everything...
....And, yes, we were blessed!

Smiles of Joy

Mom, Seisha, and proud 'Nana' Nancy, my prayer partner...
and baby Damien visited me for lunch yesterday....
It seems that their 'Lil Angel' has his nights and days mixed up!
He has asserted his presence in their household especially at night...
Stan seems to sleep through it all or so we've heard.
Damien's Dad, Richard, is in Iraq and is very anxious to see his son.
Prayer has and is covering this little family continuously.
God Bless Them All.....especially at night!

The Miracle of Believing....

It's the repetition of affirmations that leads to belief.
And once that belief becomes a deep conviction, things begin to happen."

Between What Was.....and....What Will Be!

Change is inevitable!
We can resist change yet it does not stop it from happening!
Some things we can not......change...
For instance, can you change what you had for lunch yesterday?
Can you change the weather?
I have found that I must be flexible to change,.
Using common sense and prayer as daily companions help in the process of....between what was....and....what will be.
That leaves.....Today!
Today I can change or...rearrange...ME!
That is the only way I can deal with the changes that are....inevitable.
Oh, yes, if I resist inevitable changes.....know what happens.....changes happen anyway!
My life is already an example of change....
From childhood, to adolescence, to adulthood, the ways I look, sound and think have changed.
I have grown and changed physically and mentally.
Change....will happen....with or without our permission.
Just look at the little baby below.....yes, change is....inevitable!

Enjoying Vacation in the Florida Boating Waters of Charlotte Harbor

Gator Man, Charlie, enjoyed the 'Gator' decor....

Going down the "Peace River" to the Nav-A-Gator Marina and Restaurant was quite an adventure....good food, and 'different' decor was a real treat...
