Thank you for your prayers...

Family & Friends;
Thank you for your love and prayers this week due to my recent 'Mexico ailment' after our cruise.
My Dr. said I had a 'parasite infection' and asked why I didn't come in sooner.
I told her the truth....'I didn't feel like it.'
Your prayers were certainly received and 'felt' and acted as a catalyst to get me to my source of physical relief. Thank you for that.
Anti-biotics for 'run-away-parasites' will sweep my system clean and then......
'Stella will get her groove back'....thank you, Jesus!

Chuck and 'real' gators...

Our son, Chuck, was introduced to the 'real thing' one night during his rare time at home off the road from his 'missionary' work.
Seems Pipo/Chuckie has been 'moonlighting' in order to earn some much needed 'extra money'. One of the things he does is work with an official Florida State Alligator Control man in his area...This man has been a trapper all his life as was his father.
Pipo asked his Dad to go with them one night just for the 'experience'.....

This is the official title..
Florida Alligator Trappers Association
Alligator Control

Vacation Cruise

Just returned from a wonderful cruise out of Mobile, Alabama with my cousin and wife, Betty & Ray. I must confess it did not end well.
Betty & I got sick with an intestinal virus the last two days and was miserable....and still have not fully recovered. Losing 10 lbs. was a good thing but the way we did it.....was terrible!
In any event, I will post more pictures later....
Betty and I with our transportation, Carnival Holiday, in the port of Progresso, Mexico.

This man sung to us all along the street...he was so cheerful.

Charlie & I at the Beach scene in Progresso

Captains night 'dress up' was fun....the crew was very entertaining.

Dylan & Nena have a 'secret'...

Our Dylan/TuTu/Dill Pickle and Nena have fun while big brother, Joshua, is in school.
At times Dylan is 'unpredictable' to his Nena Lynn but she is always a 'fun playmate' for him.
They 'create' their own fun....
Dylan 'being silly' for Nena

Dylan loves Poppa's beta fish, 'Boo', whom Nena has 'adopted'.
The delight of a child is a gift to the beholder...
Causing that delight....is....priceless!

That's It! That's It! That's It!

Today's 'DAILY WORD' really speaks to me....Below I post it in it's entirety...

That's It!
I am prepared for and enthusiastic about life.
At times I may push myself to find the right answer to a challenge only to make little progress in discovering it. Then, as I pray and turn all over to God, I give it a rest.
During my prayer times, I open the window of my soul to the light of God. The answer comes.

That's it!
God reveals what I need to know and how to go about applying this newfound wisdom in my life.
Having tapped into the wisdom of God, I have gotten past my own limited thoughts and anyone else's belief that I am limited in any way.

I understand that I had been trying too hard, making a situation complicated when simply relying on divine wisdom was the thing to do.
What a relief it is to know I am prepared for life and enthusiastic about living each day from the wisdom of God that is within me.
"Whatever you ask for in prayer with faith, you will receive."--Matthew 21:22
